General Product Warranty
Ulanet warrants to Purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment.
Ulanet retains the exclusive and sole right to validate all warranty claims. If a claim is to be made, the customer must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by contacting customer support and send product back with shipping prepaid - shipping will not be covered if item is found to NOT be defective.
Products returned without authorization will be refused and sent back to the customer. Warranty is void if the product has been abused, accidentally or intentionally damaged or modified; operated or maintained contrary to the instructions in the operating manual and or literature.
We reserve the right to repair or replace items returned under warranty at our option.
Simply put, our products are made with care and should work, if they don't for some statistical chance we will replace it.
